Battlefield Mysteries is a four-part series shot on location in France, Britain, Malta and Spain with computer generated animation, eye witness accounts and hands-on investigative techniques. From the wreckage of mighty tank battles in Normandy to the evidence of acts of heroism during the Spanish Civil War, this gripping new series reconstructs the momentous actions that shook history and shaped the world of today. The transitions from historical footage of each battle to the computer-generated re-enactments are so fast paced and seamless, it makes the audience feel like they are actually participating in the battle themselves.
